Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. We DO NOT allow returns on products sold - online.
We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products. Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made.
We DO NOT allow or encourage exchanges of our products or services.
We DO NOT allow transfer of registrations for events from registrant to registrant or from one event to another. Event registrations are non-refundable.
We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
Because of the customized nature of the services provided, which are based on the unique needs of each client and the client's input, all sales transactions are final.

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We try the best we can to complete your order the way you want. With that being said, if your order is wrong (flavor or ribbon color), or if your bags somehow become damage due to shipping, we will refund your purchase 100%, or we will resend your order.
Due the nature of sugar in the summer we cannot guarantee that your cotton candy will stay fluffy throughout shipping. We will not refund orders due to the heat impacting your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) i.e. a few of your bags have been damaged due to shipping
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For International Orders:
We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns. If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch it for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded. If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.
